About Alon Chaver

Alon Chaver is a serial entrepreneur with several successful exits and an active portfolio of technology investments. Most recently Alon served as the Chief Information Officer of HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. As CIO, Alon was responsible for all technology, information management, strategic planning, business development, and consumer experience. Prior to HSoA, Alon served on Trulia’s executive team as VP of Industry Services, where he was responsible for data quality and the development of products and services to support Trulia’s partnerships with the real estate industry. Previously, Alon served as the co-founder and CEO of iHomefinder, an online real estate pioneer providing software solutions and data services to agents, brokerages, and MLSs. Prior to iHomefinder, Alon served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, operated landscape and general construction companies, and managed real estate investment partnerships. Alon advises technology companies, maintains a portfolio of multi-family investment properties and invests in consumer internet and clean tech companies. He holds a B.S. Magna Cum Laude and a J.D. from U.C. Berkeley and is an active member of the State Bar of California. When Alon isn’t working he spends time with his wife, three children and two dogs, and pursues his passion for the outdoors.
