About Alon Peysin

Currently, I am a construction manager in the first section of the Light Train Nofit, which starts in Haifa. The project encompasses a complex of 3 km of various bridges: DOP, U-shaped beam bridge, and splice girders. The Infra 1 project follows a Design-Build approach. I possess extensive experience in managing construction sites with up to 500 workers, encompassing tasks such as project organization and workflow planning, budgeting, cost analysis, procurement of materials, quantity analysis and control, and process optimization. My expertise extends to the construction of bridges, roads, and associated infrastructural facilities. During my tenure at RCC on the Garrison project, we successfully completed over 7 km of roads, one bridge ready for traffic, over 1 km of retaining walls, and an 8 km drainage concrete pipe system beneath the roads. Subsequently, I served as a project engineer and deputy project manager on the Loko-Oweto bridge project, which involved the construction of two parallel bridges. These bridges collectively span approximately 1835m, consisting of 20 typical spans measuring 85 meters in length each, and two side spans measuring 67.5 meters each. During this project, we completed over 1 km of superstructure. Additionally, I have experience in precast concrete production, having served as a Project Manager and head of the Pre-stressed Precast Section in a precast factory.
