A results oriented critical thinker seeking new exciting challenges. As a lawyer by training, I am dedicated to getting the best results possible regardless of my personal opinions or preferences. At the end of the day it is about getting the job done. After years in wholesale sales all over the USA and Canada I am not deterred by difficulty. BIO-Born and raised in Israel, moved to Toronto at 17 yrs old and completed High School there -While a new immigrant, obtained a business degree (with distinction) in 26 months -Completed Law School immediately thereafter -Wholesale Sales (fashion eyewear) all over North America throughout school (toughest job ever)-Started practicing law once got married and founded a law firm with a fellow starting lawyer -Grew the law practice to a mid size personal injury law firm in a very competitive and saturated market -Maintained managing partner position after moving back to Israel in 2010 with frequent visits and remote work for 13 years until recently exiting the practice Responsibilities-Business Development and marketing -Decision making about all aspects of firm, including areas of practice, relationships with third parties etc-Management of daily office operations -Managed Human Resources and personally hired most staff of the firm over the years -Responsible for process and optimization of operations -While managing the firm, maintained some case load and argued cases at all levels of Court -Created and managed the training program for law students and acted as mentor and principal for dozens of interns My Fun Time: Tennis, Techno, Ski, Travel and now trying to surf too English | Hebrew | Russian ALONROOZ@GMAIL.COM | 050-5228-223
