About Alona Wideman

I am Alona Wideman! I am 23 years old and a new resident to the DFW area. I graduated high school in 2017 and completed some college. I'm a very hard working individual and I enjoy learning new things that can not only benefit me, but the others around me as well. I enjoy working with others and helping whenever and wherever I can. I'm a quick learner who can easily reteach new information taught to me. I have experience in customer service in restaurant settings, hospitals, as well as doctor's offices. I enjoy a challenge and problem-solving. I do very well with customer service and scheduling. My most recent job is an Optometrist Assistant. There I do lots of things throughout the office that ensure everything is going smoothly and in order. From answering phones to working along side the doctor, I have picked up on a lot of things! I worked in the service industry for over 6 years and this helped my ability to do well in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments. I've also worked with kids in my early years of work as a camp counselor and shadowing a special needs child. All of the experience and opportunities I've had over the years has given me a well-rounded understanding of lots of jobs. There nothing that intimidates me from trying or learning new things!
