Shape retail location strategies, supporting store openings, closings, rehabs, and new concepts aligned with the retail master plan. Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandise Strategy, Planning, and Operations teams to execute assortment strategies and enhance the guest experience. Develop floor plans and product flow calendars, ensuring seamless product presentation and seasonal strategy execution.
