I have a strong background in engineering, telecommunication, and industrial management, and I hold multiple certifications, including ISO 27701 Lead Auditor and ITIL v3. I have successfully managed and delivered several large-scale and complex projects, such as the fixed migration project, the fixed billing transformation project, and the interconnect billing enhancement project, working with cross-functional and international teams, vendors, and partners. I have also contributed to the improvement of the IT service quality, performance, and efficiency, as well as the compliance and security of the IT systems and processes.
