During my academic journey, I developed a solid foundation in my field and also improved my English skills through university courses and European projects. One of the most impactful projects I participated in was with AIESEC Ostrava, where I taught English at various schools in Ostrava. This experience not only enhanced my language proficiency but also allowed me to live with different host families, enriching my cultural understanding.Being part of the AIESEC project in the Czech Republic made me more enterprising and strengthened my leadership skills.I have always aspired to work in the iron-steel, casting, furnace, and milling sectors. To gain hands-on experience in these fields, I secured an internship at Oyak Group’s Iron-Steel Factory, İsdemir, Turkey's most advanced iron-steel facility. For my second internship, I broadened my experience by joining Sarten Packing, Turkey's largest packaging company.After graduating, I worked for two years at Konveyör A.Ş. in the aluminum seamless pipe production industry as a Metallurgy and Materials Engineer. Following this, I served as a Quality Control Engineer at Crystal Kitchen Equipment A.Ş, where I became proficient in quality control tools such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.Currently, I am employed at Mercan Makine as a Production Improvement Engineer. In this role, I focus on manufacturing hydraulic and fuel tanks for leading heavy machinery brands like JCB, CAT, HIDROMEK, TÜRKTRAKTÖR, and WIEDEMANN. My responsibilities include preparing PPAP documents to meet customer requirements, as well as designing and producing equipment such as welding fixtures, laser cut machines, bending machines, and production packaging to enhance manufacturing processes. Additionally, I conduct internal audits to improve departmental efficiency.I am confident that my academic background, practical experience, and strong work ethic will allow me to integrate seamlessly into your team and contribute to your organization's success.
