I loved to be a part of growing company. The changes, turnaround, and the excitement to create scalable impact. I have honed my ability to align teams to work towards common goals and KPI using OKR. I take a consultative approach and understand communication is critical to obtaining alignment. I believe people progress differently, that's why I always try my best to fit others communications styles as a means to be more effective in fast-paced environments with cross-functioning teams. It works! There's always something to learn and with startup' rapid pace, I'll learn every minute. I'm strong enough to comprehend and elaborate data, enjoying collaboration with others to gain perspective to refine better strategies. A/B testing is actually "exciting" to me and I love the insights testing provides (it's key to optimizing and maximizing ROI!) with the plethora of data sets that exist in today's business world, my perpetual curiosity drives the analytical side of my brain as I search for (and find) answers about why tactics are performing above or below expectations There's rarely a dull moment in my workday and I like it that way:)
