As a strong advocate of team development, and culture building, I thrive in roles that challenge me to make meaningful impacts. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in employee engagement, customer relations, and operations - whether as a Manager in the Front Office Department, a Human Resources professional at Launceston's largest hotel, or a Team Leader at an award-winning internet service provider. My experience has captured the passion of people development, and this is an attribute that I bring with every employer that I work for. Currently, I work as a Team Leader at Launtel-a dynamic, customer-centric organization that prioritizes innovation and exceptional service in the telecommunications industry, where I am one of the Team Leaders, lead a team of 25 people, focusing on monitoring daily workflows, staff training and development, culture building, change management, and effectively addressing challenging staff and customer situations. Additionally, I work casually as a Recruitment Consultant with Chandler Macleod, where I coordinate and support various Assessment Centres for graduate programs across multiple government teams. My role involves managing high-volume recruitment processes, conducting interviews, resume screening for graduate programs, government roles and reviewing video interviews for clients, and integrating interviewed candidates with team members to ensure seamless transitions.
