Alphonse DeFrank has been in the legal industry since 1994 when he started D&D Paralegal Services with his business partner David Dockstader. D&D Paralegal Services was located in Upland California and its main line of business was the preparation of chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcies, uncontested divorces, child and spousal support, living wills & trusts and debt consolidation & credit repair. Mr. DeFrank has provided service to clients in California, Florida and New York with a full and complete understanding of each state’s legal system’s and requirements. In addition, legal services where volunteered to the House of Ruth ranging from restraining orders, child support, and child custody.While running D&D Paralegal Services Alphonse started working for Performance Capital Management in June 10, Alphonse’s primary responsibility was the negotiation for repayment of outstanding accounts with various company clients. Alphonse used his knowledge of FDCPA rules and regulations as well as his knowledge of all state statute of limitations and skip tracing software consisting of Accurint, Merlin and Lexus Nexus. This enabled Alphonse to collect over in 3 years Alphonse relocated to Boca Raton Florida on September 1, 2006, and he started working for JP Morgan Chase as a Litigation Collection Specialist II / Paralegal. Alphonse supported a team of five attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents related to collection litigation including pleadings, settlements, post judgments procedures, arbitration packets and releases for all lawsuits within the state of Florida. From Dec 2013 to January 2022, Alphonse was employed by Client First Settlement Funding in various positions.
