I am currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Heads Up for Tail, overseeing the West Region, which includes 13 stores in Mumbai and 5 stores in Pune, managing a workforce of 150+ employees. My role covers a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment for sales and corporate positions across Pan India, as well as onboarding, induction, employee relations, talent management, retention strategies, and engagement activities. By closely collaborating with the leadership team, I gain a comprehensive understanding of the business direction, enabling me to make strategic decisions that stabilize headcount and drive business profitability.
