I currently enjoy a very successful career helping people during their career transition. I was an Executive Recruiter for 25 years and have been happily helping people engage in their Outplacement services for almost 13 years with Right Management. It brings me joy to lead individuals in the "Right" direction to achieve their career goals. I have the pleasure of supervising and guiding a team of Enrollment Consultants in their roles, which includes completing quality assurance checks to ensure that they are operating within guidelines and I provide real time coaching. As a team, we take pride in providing an exceptional experience for our candidates to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiating the programs. Some people say it takes a “village” to be successful and accomplish your goals. I am so grateful for the village that has supported me throughout my career. Presently, I have a lot of amazing people in my village including our supportive Sr. Leadership Team, motivating and encouraging managers, colleagues who have the same goals of exhibiting “Best in Class Service” and a Team of Enrollment Consultants who care about people and are extremely efficient and effective in their roles.
