About Alverman Soster

I obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering and my first job was to set up the technical and commercial office at one of the most important lifting and transport companies in Italy and Europe. During that time I was able to expand my knowledge in various industrial sectors, coordinate major and complicated lifting operations and complete large contracts. I subsequently changed companies to broaden my working horizons worldwide by dealing with sales for a company in the water distribution sector for industry, firefighting, civil and agriculture. I was able to have a great experience from a human point of view in dealing with different societies, ways of thinking and living everyday life. Subsequently I agreed to undertake my current activity in EmiControls, taking advantage of my previous experiences and contributing to the development of the company in a substantial way. I have been involved in dust and odor abatement for more than 8 years, I have contributed to the development of innovative and cutting-edge solutions, all to protect the health of people who are exposed to dangerous emissions. My main skill is to always be able to find a solution to the customer's problem, taking advantage of my knowledge and my great experience gained around the world in various industrial and non-industrial sectors. I love working in a team, putting everyone's ideas together to reach the common goal of solving the problem we face.
