As an Institute of Public Services (IPS) Qualified Procurement & Administrative Officer, who has also read for a Marketing certification focused on Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology, who’s responsible for compiling, vetting and evaluating Governmental Tendering as well as ensuring that procurement process regulations are adheared to within the Contracting Authority. Part of my day to day duties also entail administerial tasks and the compiling of reports such as; Audit and KPI reports. Moreover, I am tasked with market research for goods or services as required by the authority. It is also key in this line of work to maintain a healthy and ongoing relationship with the suppliers. The onboarding of newly recruited employees is also part of my remit along with ensuring the clear understanding of the Procurement policies and also provide support to all my colleagues and peers.
