My path in data analytics and informatics is not linear – it has been shaped by more than a decade of diverse but complementary experiences. With certifications in MS365, Power Platform, and Knowledge Management, as well as licensure in nursing informatics, I bring a unique skill set to data analysis. In real estate, my approach was less about land and more about leveraging data. I guided investment decisions that resulted in a portfolio of over 300 short-term rental properties across North America. This expertise evolved into Your Space—a venture that provided investors with a hassle-free, turn-key Airbnb operation, framed by data-driven strategies.
