I am a result oriented, hardworking & self motivated Chef De Cuisine with over 18 years of experience having worked in Australia, Malaysia, Maldives, Thailand, which includes heading a Michelin Guide restaurant and being part of a hotel pre-opening team. Very focused on training and mentoring program to develop and improve associates knowledge and increase guests satisfaction. Strong focus on hygiene standard HACCP and sustainability. Very hands-on, quick last minute problems solver, great on planning and organizing. Positive and “can do" attitude, team player, great leadership capabilities, good communication skills, great motivator and able to interact with guests with ease. I’m very creative, always willing to try something new and very passionate about my job. I pay close attention to detail, during cooking, presentation, hygiene, while imparting innovation. I’m always committed to quality in anything I do and submitting any work as per dead line. Comfortable with large brigades. I’m business orientated and able to run kitchens that produces quality food but are also cost-effective and efficient to maintain excellent food cost. My aim is to work in the international luxury hotel industry and make a difference in the F&B venues.
