Hey, I'm Alvin! I work as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Web Content Creator, Customer Support Specialist, Sales Representative, and Quality Analyst. In 2020, right before the pandemic hit, I had already been planning to shift into full-time freelancing. However, considering that I had to start from scratch - and businesses were closing here and abroad - I had to stick to my regular office work to keep my finances afloat. In the meantime, I continuously looked for opportunities to learn new sets of skills to keep myself sharp and updated. I have 3 years of work experience as a Telephone Banker, 4 years as a Sales Representative in Publishing and Digital Marketing, and 3 years as a Medical Device Quality Analyst. In the First Quarter of 2023, I made a decision to pursue a career as a Virtual Assistant. During this period, I studied and learned a new set of skills required for an effective Virtual Assistant.
