I am very serious and dedicated person, I have personal commitment to learning and willingness to meet intellectual and experiential challenges. I have a friendly personality and I am able to work both in teams and independently. I can work efficiently under pressure and I can handle stressful situations calmly and always meet deadlines. I possess very good written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English; good presentation skills, working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications; possess strong organizational skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work. My work experiences in Italy and abroad have helped me to make better communication, interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills. I have learnt to manage my time to make sure I get the best out of myself and my work. I am a quick learner and am always looking for ways to develop new skills, am a self-starter able to work on my own, comfortable with preparing presentations, interfacing with new customers, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. I worked as a part of a larger management team and I possess a flexible and adaptive hands-on approach in order to lead, assist and inspire a dedicated team. I possess the skills to evaluate complicated processes and relationships and translate them into easily understood procedures.
