About Alwan Hafizh

Alwan is a seasoned energy industry leader with well-rounded experience in project delivery, opportunity pursuit, account P&L management, and community engagement. He has a proven track record in managing business with numerous Oil and Gas clients (NOC, IOC and Conglomerate) in Indonesia as Client Account Lead. Alwan is a member of Accenture’s APAC Energy Industry Leadership Team, serving as the Asia Pacific Energy Hub Lead (community of practice). Prior to his role as Client Account Lead, he was part of the Strategy practice with a focus on finance processes, product costing, and digital transformation in the energy industry. He also served as Accenture Indonesia’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Lead for four consecutive years, establishing strong networks with NGOs and the government in Indonesia. Before joining Accenture, Alwan had extensive experience in community-based business consulting and youth empowerment. He published a book titled Youth Leadership in 2015 and has provided leadership coaching to youth in over 60 events across Indonesia over a span of 1.5 years. His dedication to youth empowerment earned him recognition in 2016 as one of Indonesia’s Top 5 Most Outstanding Students, an award presented by the Ministry of Higher Education
