I’m a recent Cybersecurity graduate with a strong foundation in network security, compliance, and IT support. Over the last few years, I’ve combined hands-on technical experience with customer-facing roles, which has shaped the way I approach problems: with patience, clarity, and a focus on practical solutions. Through academic work, an internship in a compliance-driven IT environment, and independent projects, I’ve taken on tasks like configuring firewalls, performing vulnerability scans using Nmap and Wireshark, building IT asset registers, and supporting secure system setups. I also developed a blockchain-based project (Etherweave) that explored how decentralised technology can enhance traceability and data security. On the support side, I’m confident working with Microsoft 365, documenting system issues, assisting with basic network configurations, and troubleshooting user problems. My experience managing a busy Domino’s store helped me build strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills—qualities I carry into any technical environment. I'm currently looking to grow in an IT support or junior cybersecurity role, especially in environments that value hands-on learning, collaboration, and service excellence. My long-term goal is to move into areas like SOC operations, threat detection, or security engineering.
