I am passionate about helping organizations deliver services and products that make an impact. I'm a practitioner of program/project management, change management, and I'm a certified Scrum Master. I received my healthcare MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Currently, I work in consulting as a Program Coordinator with PSG. My main functionality is to support all project managers and the clients assigned during their PBM Implementation. Specifically maintaining decision logs, project plans, action items, scheduling meetings, creating agendas and documenting key discussion items. Formerly, I was in Service Delivery supporting issue management initiatives at Prime Therapeutics. My background is in Pharmacy Benefit Management, specifically Claims, Benefits, Fraud, Waste and Abuse, Pharmacy, Issue Management and Service Delivery. I excel at data analysis, facilitating meetings and driving results with cross-functional teams. I also create dashboards and conduct trend and root cause analysis to inform/develop change management and remediation plans. I am also an advocate of Agile/Scrum and strive to help organizations realize the benefits of these practices and reach their full potential.
