About Aly Kamara

I connect clients to employers that are looking for diverse potential candidates. This starts with me reaching out to employers or employers reaching out to me about how they can use our Job Ready Employment Program. Along the day way, we met for a coffee, exchange emails and spend few minutes talking on the phone. I am an insightful talent developer who is very passionate about providing that link between employers and job seekers. I have grown my network and my skills in talent sourcing, career development, pre-screening, consulting and job placement. My experience range from private section to non-project in various capacity like Human Resource Generalist, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Sourcing and Volunteers Management. When I am not sourcing talents for my networks of employers, I am volunteering at Edmonton Public Library as Resume Prep and Job Application Help and enjoying my time with families and friends.
