About Alya Din

A skilled business support and project manager specialising in delivering work within the housing, community investment and creative sectors. My excellent communication skills have allowed me to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading to trusted and valuable partnerships throughout a project lifecycle. I use my strong problem-solving capabilities to mitigate risks, allowing projects to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives. I am highly efficient and take a creative and flexible approach to work that makes me an asset to any team. My most recent role has seen me lead on several high profile internal and external events, including implementing an organisation-wide Resident Wellbeing Programme in response to the C-19 pandemic. Manage and implement a directorate-wide CRM system using Agile and Sprint methodology and create a lifestyle web platform to support residents with money management, wellbeing and financial inclusion using Human Centred Design and Systems Thinking. As Co-Chair of the Gender Network at Peabody Trust, I also demonstrated my commitment to gender-based equality in the workplace by leading on International Women’s Day programmes and launching a pilot Reverse Mentoring programme.
