With over a decade of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and insolvency in Australia and internationally, I have represented both individuals and SMEs across multiple industries and sectors, including agriculture, retail, tourism, property, construction, energy, and resources. I possess a comprehensive knowledge of both court and ADR processes and am skilled in all forms of commercial disputes, including contract, building and construction, property, consumer law, partnership, and debt recovery matters. As a trusted adviser, I guide my clients through each stage of the dispute resolution process, including court filings, mediations, multi-party negotiations, and contested hearings, and focus on achieving practical and cost-effective resolutions. In the insolvency space, I advise on the collection and distribution of assets, priority claims, and proofs of debt, investigations, creditors’ meetings and committees, the recovery of unfair preferences and other voidable transactions, employee entitlements, and tax claims. I have a calm, proactive, and engaging manner and am highly rated by my clients and peers for my commercial acumen and technical knowledge. I am also a regular contributor at industry events and have served as a semester teaching fellow at Bond University in property law and equity. I hold an LLB from Bond University and am admitted to practice in all jurisdictions in Australia. Additionally, I am a member of the Queensland Law Society and have completed ARITA’s Insolvency Education Program.
