About Alyesha Henry

Passionate and results-oriented Human Resource professional dedicated to fostering growth, creating a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional results. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to new challenges. High attention to detail, processes, and, most importantly, people. I am outgoing, creative, and goal-oriented with a growing hunger for new challenges both professionally and in my personal growth. As a progress driven individual I am committed towards the growth of people, the organization, and me. My most favorite part of doing HR is the people, as I place a high value on the human connection. Working with coworkers and candidates from different backgrounds allows for me to learn new perspectives, it also provides the opportunity to learn and grow both professionally and personally from others unique experiences and knowledge. The human connection contributes greatly to creating an environment for employees that is safe, motivating, and where they can feel heard, seen, and valued.
