As a Compliance Manager at Sphera, I apply my expertise in anti-bribery, leadership, and program management to develop and execute quality ethics and compliance programs that foster a culture of integrity and accountability. I have over 10 years of experience in the ethics and compliance field, with a specialization in adult learning and corporate training development. Previously, I was a Senior Manager at L3 Technologies, where I was an integral member of the team that grew the ethics program into a fully engaged system within the company. I led the redesign of the company's code of ethics and business conduct, delivered the company's first ethics mobile app, and managed the design of the ethics and compliance curriculum. I also supported investigations and inquiries, and provided training to ethics officers. I hold an MBA in Strategic Management from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Relations, and French from Boston University. I am also certified as a Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance by the Ethics & Compliance Initiative.
