In my most recent role as a Human Resource Professional at Gobble, it was my duty to develop, implement and coordinate human resources policies and programs for the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. I have a strong background in employee relations, payroll/compensation and benefits administration, staffing, training and development, and investigations of violations of Company policy. I am skilled in engaging with diverse customers and employees, paying attention to detail, and using computer literacy to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Also in my previous role it was my job to work with the management team and the employees to create a positive and productive work environment. I managed talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives. I also administered compensation and benefit plans, and handled any issues or grievances that arise. I am motivated by the opportunity to support the growth and success of the Company and its people.
