About Alysha Agliam

From a young age, I was taught what was hard work and always to strive to give it your best at whatever job you are working. I have worked in many different areas, from​ family fencing business, family catering business, café cook, hospital COVID screener, etc. All of these jobs has helped teach me the skills to help me be who I am today, this being- Communication: able to speak to customers and coworkers are essential parts of the job to have a better teamwork and customer service- Problem solving while working as a café cook, this skill is essential to think in a stressful situation how to resolve an issue or conflict that is ruining an easy flow of work - Punctuality: is very important in every work environment I am in, no matter if it’s a family business, always being on time or earlier is key I am currently a college student attending Weber State University for a Health information technician associates degree in hopes to go further and graduate with a master’s in health information management.
