Alysha is Director of Pivot Project Consulting Services (“Pivot PCS”), jointly with Adam Wheeler. Pivot PCS is a boutique Development & Project Management Consultancy located in Cottesloe, Western Australia. Pivot PCS is dedicated to delivering quality outcomes for their client base, across areas including Project Management, Development Management, Superintendence, Contract Administration and Independent Certification. This capability spans a broad range of construction sectors, including but not limited to residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, hotel and land development. With a Master in Project Management, Graduate Certificate in Development Planning (Town Planning) and Bachelor of Commerce (Property), along with Alysha’s diverse and extensive career, Alysha has both the right skills and experience which cover the entire Project Lifecycle; offering a niche, all-encompassing and practical approach for her Clients. Adept at delivering value-adding outcomes, Alysha is also dedicated to academia and inspiring future Property and Project Professionals. As a current Associate Lecturer at Curtin University, in their Bachelor of Commerce (Property), Alysha uses her practical experience to underpin her teaching. In 2020 Alysha was announced as a Finalist in the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) Project Management Achievement Awards (PMAA), the awards honoured and recognised excellence in the delivery of Projects within Australia. Alysha’s previous role was as Lead Project Manager (WA) for bp Australia, where she was responsible for the delivery of the service station development and redevelopment portfolio in Western Australia. Alysha led a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Project Co-ordinators through successful delivery of projects on time, on budget, of exceptional quality and with a focus on safety. Alysha’s career highlight to date has been the successful delivery, as Project Manager and Superintendent, of the Sage Hotel in West Perth. A 101-room hotel which incorporated the integration of the Heritage Listed Julio’s Restaurant.
