Alysia has been a partner at Lake Research Partners since 1995 and is based in Richmond, VA. LRP advises dozens of Democratic incumbents and challengers at all levels of the electoral process, as well as a wide range of non-partisan advocacy organizations, foundations, and labor unions. LRP has offices LRP has offices in Washington D.C, New York City and Berkeley, California. Alysia brings extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research on the significant issues of our day, as well as synthesizing strategic communication for a wide array of institutions and initiatives to help clients effectively and productively address the concerns of their constituencies. Alysia is a lead partner on the issue side of the firm focusing on reproductive choice, women’s health issues, the environment, low-income and working poor, senior issues, and children - including public education, early education, health care, child care, and afterschool programs. Past clients include Planned Parenthood, Sierra Club, Community Service Society, NEA, AFT, Alliance for Excellent Education, Afterschool Alliance, District of Columbia Housing Authority, American Association of University Women, Barbara Lee Family Foundation, and League of Women Voters.
