About Alyson Smith

I am a registered I/O Business Psychologist and Transformation Coach who works with individual's through the modalities of counselling and coaching to provide space for people to gain insights and reach their transformational goals. I am also the Director Change Management at People Value Consulting, a boutique consulting company that operates in South Africa and the UK. I have over 25 years of experience in organisation development, change and transformation, and executive coaching. I work with executive leadership to provide valuable, creative input to facilitate and enable change in various global blue-chip companies as they transform their organisations, culture, technology, or organisation design. I am also a Professional Photographer and a Photography Director, with an MA in Documentary Arts and an MPS in Digital Photography. I specialise in editorial, travel and tourism, hospitality, interiors, and social documentary photography, and I am represented by several international agencies. I enjoy capturing the stories, emotions, and beauty of people and places around the world. Photography is my passion and my way of expressing myself.
