About Alyssa Beshoar

I was an athlete for GCU's Swim and Dive team. In the summer, I coached a small swim team in my home town. Swimming has always been my compassion and now that I am coaching I get to share that compassion with children. I hope to become a great teacher in my current position, using all of the skills I have been taught or gained growing up. I have a business management degree as well and there are many things I can do with it but I have not yet decided where I would like to apply it. Some of my skills were learned through being a disaplined athlete and others I learned from other experiences. One of the most important skills I have learned from being a swimmer is time managment. Time managment is important for any profession and should be something that individuals strive to have. There are many other skills I aquire that can be used for different professions. A skill I aquire that can be benefital in the business world is collaberative leadership. Not only do I have the skills to be a great leader, I also work well with others in many different settings. These are the most benefical skills I have along with a couple others that can be found within my profile. My goal is to add potential and increase new opportunities for any business I work with.
