About Alyssa Blumenthal

With a decade of experience in operations, capacity building, and hospitality, I'm a passionate leader skilled in fostering positive outcomes for the people within my organization and those we serve. Throughout my time as a senior leader in non-profit and hospitality, I have strived to create equitable and inclusive cultures, motivating staff and creating highly engaged teams by fostering a culture of collaboration and feedback. As Director of Public Operations & Visitor Engagement at the Norman Rockwell Museum, I oversee all public-facing departments, lead visitor-related risk management and safety, and collaborate across teams to ensure public experiences, programs, and event rentals are delivered to the highest standard. I am responsible for the implementation of new strategies and procedures, ensuring seasonal labor efficiencies, cross-team training, adaptive capacity building, and full life cycle recruitment across four departments. Throughout my career, I've consistently delivered exceptional service and supported teams in creating memorable client relationships.
