About Alyssa Boning

Passionate about games and creative collaboration, I bring a unique blend of experience from both the tech industry and artistic realm. As a certified project manager (PMP, CSM, ACP), I’ve navigated the structured demands of tech, managing hundreds of simultaneous installations and technicians and leading cross-functional teams, while my background in theatre taught me the art of storytelling and the magic of working with creatives and bringing their visions to life.Whether working on indie games, coordinating large-scale projects, or building communities, I thrive on collaborating with others to help them tell their stories and showcase their work to the fullest. With a deep love for games and a commitment to amplifying creative voices, I aim to bridge the gap between structure and imagination, delivering projects that are both impactful and inspiring.
