With over 13 years of work experience in information technology, I am a system analyst at telehealth corporation In this role, I design, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports the delivery of quality and accessible care to over clients across the country. I also manage the customer service processes and systems that ensure the satisfaction and retention of our users. In my previous roles as a clinical application analyst and an identity management analyst, I gained valuable skills and competencies in data analysis, security, compliance, and project management. I am working on my bachelor's degree in information science from the University of the Incarnate Word, and I am passionate about using technology to improve health outcomes and access for diverse and underserved populations.
