About Alyssa Bryant

I am a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelors degree in psychology and a minor in business administration. I have always been interested in working with other people and helping them to the best of my ability. Getting the opportunity to work for HPHMC on the ACT team has been the best for my future career. On the ACT team, we work as a team to assist SPMI clients in our community with their daily living skills, managing their symptoms, and working to achieve their own personal goals. This is a something new brought to Hays at the beginning of 2022 and it has been a great experience learning as a team as we gain more and more cliental. I have also recently started graduate school at Fort Hays State University and will be planning to obtain a masters of social work in May of 2025. I am a team player with high enthusiasm and a passion for my job. I’m always willing to learn new techniques and strive to do my best in not only my career but also my personal life. My job currently requires me to think out of the box, be quick on my feet, and learn new techniques on how to interact with individuals in the community. When I’m not working, I am usually spending time with my little siblings and my friends.
