About Alyssa Cribbs

When we're young they ask us what we want to be when we grow up. Years go by and as we approach adulthood they ask us what school decisions we're going to make. Looking back I wish that they would have been more focused on "who" we want to be and what impact we want to make. Early on into my second semester of college I realized that I was much less focused on how much money I could make and more focused on what I could spend my time doing in this world that made working all week feel worth it. I landed on a degree centered around Nonprofit Organizations. My end goal was to get a job in Animal Welfare and make an impact on the lives of animals everywhere. Unfortunately life has a way of rearranging our priorities. I've spent the last 7 years of my life dedicated to utilizing my other degree (Psychology) and my people skills (which luckily came naturally) in a sales environment. I have mastered multiple sales processes on varying CRM's, trained new hires and existing employees on continued development, managed sales teams, and contributed to company analytics and sales processes. All while training myself to understand what is that people want and what I need to do to deliver. Ultimately, becoming adaptable has been my calling card to the achievements I've had thus far.
