About Alyssa Dellutri

My name is Alyssa Dellutri. I am from Fort Myers, Florida and am currently living in Gainesville, Florida for my last semester of undergraduate studies. I am a fourth year at the University of Florida and am earning my Bachelor of Health Science degree. After undergrad, I hope to attend the UF College of Medicine to obtain my Doctorate degree. My career goals include completing my surgical residency at a reputable teaching hospital and becoming a neurosurgeon. My personal goals include competing in more powerlifting competitions with Gator Powerlifting, perfecting my Spanish, and reading as many romance/thriller novels as possible. Neuroscience is an academic interest of mine and I have worked as a Hope Hospice volunteer with Alzheimer's patients in the past, and I currently work as a volunteer in the McKnight Brain Institute for the Farrer lab. My hobbies include powerlifting, watching movies, listening to music and podcasts, and traveling. At UF, I am involved with organizations such as PSO (Pre-Professional Service Organization) and am a data collector for UF's Equal Access Clinic Research team.
