As an Innovation Project Specialist at Parkview Mirro Center for Research and Innovation, I apply my background in healthcare, microbiology, and biotechnology to develop and implement innovative solutions for healthcare challenges. I have over 1.5 years of experience in this role, where I work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and community partners to design, execute, and evaluate projects that improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency. In addition to my innovative responsibilities, I also manage the day-to-day operations and marketing of Safe Sleep Simulation, a company that provides realistic and immersive training for healthcare professionals and parents on safe infant sleep practices. I have been involved in this venture since July 2021, and I have successfully increased the customer base, revenue, and social media presence of the company.
