I’m Alyssa, a Production Assistant at loanDepot! I’m passionate about giving clients an experience they deserve and being a highly contributing member and leader of a team! I have 16 years experience in the customer service industry and about 3 years in sales. I’ve been successful because of my mentality of,"customers come first" and "make sure they leave in a better mood than when they came to you". I've always been trusted to lead and show others how to best perform and execute their role. Currently I balance creating social media content within Canva and Adobe to increase awareness, growth, and engagement among our clients and biz partners, with assisting in the mortgage sales process and collaborating remotely with the team to ensure clients and biz partners have a smooth, successful experience. Primarily I assist my manager in updating her on what prospects need to be followed up with based on specific needs and situations, with our self-created pre-established timeline in Excel. During certain milestones, we engage with clients using email and video templates we created using Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook. I also help generate clients' preapprovals. First, I review their online app and request personal documentation from them according to certain guidelines. Then I review and organize all and update their file with all this info. If not understanding the process or requests, I call and/or email clients, screen share, or use Zoom to explain so there is no confusion. As a result, closed clients often refer friends and family for a mortgage! When it comes to educating others I’ve been delegated by management in prior roles to show new hires and employees on how to effectively and efficiently execute their role. I have taught 1-on-1, as well as in a team environment remotely and in-person. Recently, I've presented via Zoom and created job aids and PowerPoints to educate the sales team on industry updates, and how to utilize both their Salesforce CRM and social media presence for increased sales and retention. For biz partners, I've created presentations concerning industry updates and marketing material. I also connect with partners and clients on social media and engage often to build relationships. Ultimately, I would love to be responsible for onboarding/managing relationships and educating others. My strong people skills and team-player mentality will help me to excel in a BDR role. My innate nature of always striving to learn more and grow personally and professionally will keep me growing in a Business Development Representative role.
