I am a highly skilled and driven property sales consultant, executive strategist, and administration manager. Essentially an all-rounder! My latest role encompassed managing large volumes of client investment portfolios, helping to achieve their financial goals. Whether through acquisition of property, or working closely with other industry professionals, who specialise in alternative financial strategies and income streams for mutual clients. I’m experienced in residential property sales, predominately in off the plan house & land and medium density developments. Naturally gravitating towards leadership roles, I have been responsible for managing teams of client liaison managers, telemarketers, and sales consultants. Providing all round support to all facets of the company, and stakeholders. Most recently, through successful management in my teams, I delivered significant improvements in various areas of the business. Especially supporting the company to navigate through the economic challenges of covid-19. Implementing innovative, progressive ideas the business module was shifted from transactional, to a solid focus on nurturing client relationships and retention. Which resulted in increased revenue, generated from existing clients and organic referrals. Throughout my successful employment endeavours, I’ve gained exposure and experience in several fields. Working incredibly close with the construction industry, financial planning services industry, and retail management. With a particular interest and desire to help others improve their financial wellbeing, and continue to live the life they enjoy, I am currently studying Financial Planning AQF Level 8. I thrive in an environment I can work autonomously, where new ideas and initiative are encouraged, and always up for a new challenge.
