About Alyssa Leiby

ME AS A PERSON: I am a Colorado native with a passion for art, music, technology, and psychology. I am a highly empathetic and intuitive individual whose brain is always working. When I'm thinking, I'm thinking deeply, going at an idea from every angle, and considering every possible outcome and/or factor. A meaningful conversation is the best gift a person can give me, and a genuine interaction is what I desire to give to everyone I meet. I come from a big family and have enjoyed activities such as hiking, skiing, and camping my whole life. I love children and animals, and thus began my "earning" life as a babysitter and dogsitter. My biggest passion in life is for psychology and sociology. The intricacies of human behavior and social dynamics have captivated my thoughts for as long as I can remember. Even the smallest actions of those around me can ignite a multitude of thoughts about the essence of being human. This fascination has fueled my desire to cultivate only genuine and honest relationships, founded on mutual respect. Continual growth, grace, and truth are values I believe are of the utmost importance. Above all, I value integrity, having learned throughout my life that compromising it is never worth any reward, no matter how big or small. ME AS AN EMPLOYEE: I'd like to think I bring a unique set of skills/qualities to the workplace. When I realized I had a strong affinity/natural "knack" for computers and technology, I started honing those skills. My proficiencies lie mainly in the Microsoft stack, with Power Platform, SQL, Dynamics, Office 365, SharePoint, and more. But I also branch into WordPress, Windows, Tableau, Qualtrics, and more. Paired with my abilities in data analysis, web design, business intelligence, data management/collection, survey design, and IT support, this skillset allows me to approach problem-solving from multiple angles. These things are important, but, to me, the most important skill is the ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and with determination. If I don't know something right now, I know I can learn it quickly without giving up. But this, again, this is all useless without one of my greatest strengths: communication. Communicating ideas, concepts, and complex information with clarity and precision isn't easy, but with practice I've developed a knack for it.
