About Alyssa Strong

As an Instructional Technologist at the University of North Texas (UNT), I leverage my M.S. in Learning Technologies and my certification as a teacher to design, develop, and implement effective and engaging learning solutions for various academic programs and departments within the College of Education. I have over 10 years of work experience in the education field, including 5 years as a Foliotek Administrator at UNT, where I managed the e-portfolio system for the College of Education. I also have been a private tutor for almost a decade, helping students of different ages and backgrounds achieve their academic goals. My core competencies include learning, attention to detail, and goal setting, which enable me to create high-quality learning materials and outcomes, collaborate with faculty and staff, and support learners' needs and interests. I am passionate about enhancing the learning experience and outcomes for students and educators, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods that can improve my practice and skills. I value diversity, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to contribute to the mission and vision of UNT and its community.
