As the Youth and Engagement Lead, Educator, and Resource Lead, I bring over 9 years of experience in developing and delivering culturally relevant and impactful programs for Indigenous youth and communities. I hold a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts, complemented by certifications in yoga, mental health aids, and accessibility.I am part of We Matter, a national Indigenous-led organization dedicated to supporting Indigenous youth through peer-to-peer support, relationship building, empowerment, and life promotion. Additionally, I co-founded Rooted in Nature, a non-profit that emphasizes on-the-land programming from a life-promotion perspective.My passion lies in youth empowerment, and I am committed to enhancing life through on-the-land programming and accessible movement, all while integrating trauma-informed care practices.
