Currently, I work with a team of skilled analysts collecting new-build multifamily data on the residential real estate markets of Calgary and its surrounding areas, as well as Edmonton. My ability to lead industry professionals and collaborate with outside industry professionals is apparent in my current role as Senior Analyst. My diligence, attention to detail, communication skills, strategic problem solving, and passion for excellence serve as the foundation that I continue to grow upon. Further to my current role, I have past industry experience as an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant working with a top performing realtor serving Calgary and the surrounding areas. Additionally I worked as a Showhome Host with Liam Urbano, where I presented luxury townhomes in Calgary's inner city community of Cliff Bungalows. I also have a background in design, drafting, building structure and a strong understanding of the national building code with completion of SAIT's Architectural Technologist Diploma program.
