My knowledge is expert on the TMS platform and a rare skill is also being able to speak at a technical level as well. I am responsible for full implementation of my customers tech stacks and incorporating how each integration will be working with their business workflows. Planning, executing, and settling with automation every step of the way. My expertise in customer onboarding is complemented by over 10 years of leading training initiatives, where I honed my skills in maximizing team productivity and performance. Our team collaborates across departments to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional customer experiences, laying the groundwork for sustained business success and customer relationships.
