People-first leader dedicated to impacting change to improve the experiences of employees and consumers alike, with a speciality in the digital CX space! My time on the front lines of the Credit Union movement in the Midwest have taught me so much about compassion, genuine care and connection. However, my technology fascinated and innovation forward mind grew weary of the day to day. That's when I stumbled upon my passion for creating accessible, warm, and human engagements in the digital space. Based on lived experiences- both the good and the bad- I know, first hand, how powerful the intersection of convenience and connection can be!
