I'm a management leader who is both a pioneer and a teacher; I take on challenges and develop the team on the journey. As a pioneer, I lead new initiatives and achieve strategic business goals such as-Accomplishing a complex program initial capability deployment working across multiple teams; establishing Key Performance Indicators, proactively identifying and driving resolution of critical integration issues -Accomplishing strategic business goals: establishing common processes and achieving SEI CMM Level 5; establishing a PMO; supporting Must Win Proposals, RFIs, New Business R&D -Establishing an Account P&L report for comprehensive Services As a teacher, I support training, development, and growth through coaching and mentoring such as-Defining a need for, and facilitating a new leadership training for Program Managers -Developing standard Measurable Business Objectives for PMO roles; sponsoring team training -Defining training and development plans aligned with business pursuits and individual growth I have a passion for helping companies achieve execution excellence, significant business goals, or transformation. I focus on customer values and results, and have delivered on difficult assignments. I bring extensive experience in global, complex integration programs, consisting of software and hardware components and supplier management. I've managed entire program life cycles, including strategic planning, roadmaps and proposals, through execution, delivery and sustainment. I've demonstrated my ability to translate a vision into strategy, and a strategy into an executable plan with measurable indicators. I have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to message effectively to leadership and team members. My style is collaborative and inclusive, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction. I'm seeking a Senior Leadership position in the Washington DC Metro area.
