A Certified IGBC Accredited Professional, experienced Energy Analyst with over 3 years of expertise in the green building and environmental services industry, and sustainability initiatives across diverse programs, including 179D, 45L, MFNC, and other U.S-based tax credit projects. My work focuses on delivering high-performance, compliant, and energy-efficient solutions that balance technical rigor with practical outcomes. Over the years, I have gained expertise in processing and communicating complex technical concepts, conducting detailed site surveys, and preparing cost analysis and energy modeling reports. I have successfully led the development, design, and execution of energy conservation projects, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations, while also contributing to green building certification models under LEED and IGBC. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I have played a significant role in team leadership and process improvement.
