I have over 21 years of experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation with the last 13 years concentrated in government procurement and anti-corruption. The specific experience acquired in review and management of contract award procedures, development of procurement plans, evaluation, and procurement audit of procuring entities in Nigeria. Areas of expertise include arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, anti-corruption, administrative review, procurement training, vendor categorization, and classification and e-procurement. I received a Master in Law Governance and Development (LLM) from the Australian National University, Canberra ACT (2015), and presently doing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
